Juana Rivas and the psychological manipulation of her son Daniel

THE TRAGEDY OF MEDEA

What we have witnessed in the media today has been monstrous. A dramatization of Euripides' tragedy, Medea, who goes so far as to kill her children out of jealousy. In this case, the tragedy has five protagonists: Juana Rivas, Daniel's mother; Gabriel Daniel's brother; Francisca Granadosthe feminist fanatic y Daniel, the youngest son of the last protagonist, Francisco Arcuri, The father. And in our case, Juana Rivas, Medea, She doesn't physically kill her son, nor is her unconscious motivation jealousy. She kills him psychologically, motivated by... HATE that she feels towards her ex-husband.

I do not want to include, although they deserve it, that undisciplined, fanatical, sectarian, and irrational horde made up of feminists and the media. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO EMPHASIZE THAT EVERYONE They were present to "defend" THE HIGHER WELL-BEING of the minor, the sole reason for so much fuss, as they shout at the door of the meeting point, without a hint of shame at such hypocrisy.

Juana Rivas, the mother, representing a tribal, primordial scene, embraced by the fanatical feminist, his auxiliary self, his alter ego, He walks backward toward the meeting point where he is to hand Daniel over to his father. Daniel arrives closely watched by the "thought police" or the "bodyguard"—sunglasses included, as some media outlets have described him—to ensure he adheres to the learned instructions. It's important to remember that the father has custody of the child by court order, given the risks of living with the mother.

Daniel cries and is comforted by the fanatical feminist to repeat the slogans that have been drilled into his head since he came to visit his mother in December. The boy nods, distressed, very distressed and fearful, when he is urged to tell the media that his father wants to kill him and that he beats him day and night. And all the participants sigh with relief, approving gestures that this shared, communal mourning for Daniel is fully justified. Part of a sentence Daniel says is overlooked: when he says, verbatim, "He's killing me, I can't take it anymore." I wonder, "I can't take it anymore" because his father wants to kill him? Or "I can't take it anymore" because, between one thing and another, "you're all ruining my life?"

Nobody wants to acknowledge the harm they are causing to an 11-year-old boy, because here it doesn't matter that Daniel, during his illegal detention at his mother's home, has been subjected to genuine mind control, so intense, so intrusive that since December he has suffered some dissociative episodesepisodes1 These symptoms often appear when someone is subjected to intense and continuous instructions that they don't fully accept, due to the enormous stress caused by the brainwashing situation. A situation from which he cannot escape: the technique used has been perfect. More than six months isolated, without contact with his father. It reminds me of the procedures used by cults to abduct their members. (See the El Mundo video, starting at minute 7, 36).

This massive, premeditated setup was created with the sole purpose of preventing Daniel from backing down at the last minute. It had to appear as a spontaneous plea for help, his own.

SOME BEHAVIORS WE OBSERVE IN DIVORCED PARENTS

They are relatively common:

  • Disrespect towards the other parent through insults, negative evaluations, ridicule and blaming them for the separation in the presence of the child.
  • Undermining the child's positive feelings towards the other parental figure, even blaming the child for having such feelings.
  • To impede or hinder cohabitation or visitation rights.
  • Lying in order to generate negative feelings in the child.
  • Prevent the abusive parent from interfering in important decisions.
  • Persistently reinforcing any negative comments or rejection by the child towards the other parent.
  • Seeking support from friends and/or family using half-truths or lies.

This situation is called PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME,2 It exists, despite the denial of the new Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence. Here is the proof, if the previous one wasn't enough. Free Childhood, which seems not to be the case, when the same politicians come out in defense of the perpetrator, socially condemning the victim.

The official story

the true story

Daniel will hardly be able to forget what he experienced in Granada. I want to conclude by clarifying that in this attack against the child's best interests, not only did the mother contribute, but also Francisca Granados, her brother Gabriel, the psychologist who "treated" him, and the justice system for initially refusing to process the father's complaint of unlawful retention, and finally, the media, which has reinforced and justified Juana Ribas's crime.

  1. These episodes occurred in Italy, according to the information I have received, although as a result of instructions given by his mother and older brother. In Spain, he has been under the care of clinical psychologist Josefa Alganza Roldán.
  2. Indeed, SAP is not a disease. Therefore, it does not necessarily have to be included as a disorder in any of the classifications. SAP is an element toxic coexistence and relational between the child/children and the parental figure who exercises custody, or not, instilling in them a negative, aversive and hateful view towards the other parental figure and accompanied by great psychological suffering on the part of the affected child. It is a plan, more or less conscious, to destroy not only the attachment that the son or daughter maintains with the victim (father or mother), but also to create a mental framework in the son or daughter that evaluates any relationship with the victimized parent as something dangerous and unacceptable. Ultimately, the aim is to erase any positive experience in the son or daughter. The deniers should be told that domestic violenceAs such, it is not included in the classification systems of mental illnesses, and its existence cannot be denied for that reason.
